I have been involved in care for around 25 years as a Support Worker, Team Leader, Manager and Care Home Proprietor. I have a wide range of experience having looked after people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and the elderly. I started working at Bare Hall QC in May 2016 and am currently working towards my Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
I joined Bare Hall QC in 2014 in the office as a Care Coordinator. Prior to this I worked in other care settings looking after people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
I started working for Bare Hall QC as a care assistant in 2004 before progressing my role into the office as a Care Coordinator. Before this I had worked in a local pharmacy as Assistant Manager.
I have worked in care for a number of years. I joined Bare Hall QC in 2001 as a care assistant. I have completed my NVQ levels 2 & 3 and I am hoping to start my level 5 soon. I joined the office team in 2012,  initially doing the on-calls before taking the role of Assessment Officer & Care Co-ordinator along with various other roles whilst still providing social care on a regular basis.
I have worked in the care sector since 2005, firstly in a residential setting and then into domiciliary care in 2015 with Bare Hall QC. In 2017 I moved to my current position where I liaise with our care staff, clients, family and healthcare professionals.
I have worked professionally and personally in the care sector for since around 2008. I went on to do a BA Hons in Working with Older Adults which then led me to the Care Coordinator role at Bare Hall QC.
